Responsibilities
- Perform daily general ledger entries and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct internal audits and verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and variance analysis.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
