Responsibilities
- Process and review daily journal entries and general ledger transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processing for night operations.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
