Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and perform account reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Review and verify payroll data for the night shift workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
