Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex accounts payable/receivable cycles with zero-tolerance for errors
- Execute month-end closing procedures and generate accurate financial statements
- Process payroll and tax filings with strict compliance to federal/state regulations
- Conduct internal audits and variance analyses to identify financial discrepancies
- Maintain meticulous financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or NetSuite
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex financial scenarios
