Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions during the night shift.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.
- Assist in the monthly and annual closing procedures with precision and speed.
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GAAP.
- Support the audit process by providing requested documentation and schedules.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents and digital records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently during night hours.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
