Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements, general ledger accounts, and credit card transactions.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices with strict accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and operational reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash funds.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) to maintain updated digital records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies immediately.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
