Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow forecasting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain digital financial records in ERP systems
- Support budgeting and variance analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years night shift accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
