As a Night Shift Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial records by performing end-of-day reconciliations, processing payments, and preparing nightly financial reports. You will work independently in a quiet, focused environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of our accounting department.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and posted by the deadline.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high attention to detail.
- Prepare and generate nightly financial reports and variance analyses.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite preferred).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
