Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Post journal entries and manage the closing of daily financial cycles.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Generate and review financial reports and statements.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a night shift or high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work the night shift (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
