Responsibilities
- Perform nightly reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers.
- Process and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
- Conduct internal audits and review financial documents for errors or discrepancies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team during handovers to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule.
