Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Manage complex reconciliations across multi-entity portfolios
- Develop and optimize financial models for strategic forecasting
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control documentation
- Mentor junior accounting staff through cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with FP&A teams on variance analysis and reporting
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
Qualifications
- CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite and Excel (advanced functions)
- Demonstrated success in SOX 404 compliance environments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
