Responsibilities
- Execute end-of-day reconciliations and journal entries during night shift hours
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with strict accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor financial controls and implement internal audit procedures
- Collaborate with global finance teams across time zones
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks for real-time financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (SAP/QuickBooks)
- Strong GAAP compliance and regulatory knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote night shift environments
