Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures with strict attention to detail.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Assist with the preparation of tax documents and regulatory filings.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage) to maintain data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage accounting software.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines during night shifts.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
