Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Process payroll transactions and expense reports during overnight shifts
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for morning leadership review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with evening cut-off procedures
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks for overnight operations
- Collaborate with international teams during off-peak hours
- Implement process improvements for night shift financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with night shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge and SOX compliance experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
