Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and financial statement analysis.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions during the evening hours.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and review financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be available to work nights (typically 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
