Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify all nightly transactions.
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and post payroll for all night shift staff accurately and on time.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and generate standard financial reports and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with GAAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proven experience working effectively during night shift hours.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and QuickBooks/NetSuite.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
