Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable during evening hours.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents and records.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
