Responsibilities
- Execute daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform accurate bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial records are up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Assist the finance team with the month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
