Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including trial balances and profit and loss statements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.
- Process payroll adjustments and maintain digital financial records.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
