Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper internal controls are in place.
- Support the finance team with month-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- CPA certification or at least 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proven proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
