In this role, you will oversee critical financial functions during our operational hours, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare nightly journal entries and adjust accruals.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role (Night Shift experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule.
