Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high precision.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and balance sheets.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close process to ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure strict compliance with internal controls and GAAP.
- Utilize accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) to input and verify financial data.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding financial discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines during the night shift.
