Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high volumes of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and operational summaries for upper management.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift and meet strict deadlines.
