Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with a focus on error-free accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and local compliance reports.
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis to identify financial discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and digital records.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience (night shift experience preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of US tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
