Responsibilities
- Execute end-of-day and end-of-week accounting closures, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high precision and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, GAAP, and local regulations.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial data to ensure 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
