Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows)
- Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payment cycles
- Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Maintain compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
