- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle) for data processing
- Support tax preparation and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven proficiency in night shift operations and scheduling flexibility
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
