Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries, reconciliations, and bank statements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, trial balances, and balance sheets.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist with annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve complex accounting issues.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition of financial data.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Experience working in a night shift environment preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
