Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation for multi-currency accounts and subsidiaries
- Manage month-end closing processes with real-time data validation
- Analyze financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions within SLAs
- Prepare regulatory compliance reports for SEC and international markets
- Lead cross-departmental audits during off-peak hours to minimize disruption
- Maintain GAAP/IFRS compliance across all financial statements
- Optimize automated accounting workflows using SAP and Oracle platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or remote accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with forensic accounting capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of international tax frameworks
- Valid California CPA license required
