Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review financial reports, trial balances, and journal entries.
- Assist in the monthly and annual closing cycles, including variance analysis.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.
- Resolve discrepancies and audit queries efficiently during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
