Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex financial statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for financial data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Proven night shift or overnight accounting role experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
