Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain vendor/client records
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance documents
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Support cross-departmental financial reporting and analysis
- Coordinate with international teams during overlapping business hours
- Implement process improvements for after-hours financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
