Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records during night shift hours
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and internal financial policies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Support audits by providing documentation and financial data
- Implement process improvements for night shift accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
