Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting during overnight shifts
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing with precision
- Prepare month-end closing reports and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal audit requirements
- Collaborate with international teams during overnight handovers
- Maintain accurate financial databases and document trails
- Support audits by providing requested documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in night shift accounting roles
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Expertise in month-end closing processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) desirable
