Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for the night shift team.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory standards.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
