Responsibilities
- Perform nightly financial data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Ensure accuracy of all accounting entries and financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
- Communicate financial discrepancies to the senior management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
