Responsibilities
- Execute daily and monthly financial reconciliations for general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes during off-hours.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) to maintain accurate digital records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably with a night shift background.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.
- CPA certification is a plus.
