Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and credit card verifications.
- Post journal entries to the general ledger and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and review financial reports and variance analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and GAAP compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
