Responsibilities
- Perform daily journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis to identify financial discrepancies.
- Manage and maintain general ledger files and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve outstanding financial issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 5 PM - 2 AM).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
