Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP.
- Perform complex bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Generate detailed financial reports for executive leadership.
- Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and securely stored.
- Maintain a clean, organized filing system for both digital and physical records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
