Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial reports, including trial balances and income statements.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Review and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
- Provide support for payroll processing and expense management.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
