Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily financial transactions and journal entries.
- Perform monthly and annual closing procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and internal audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with GAAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proven experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
