Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision and timeliness
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare internal financial reports for executive review
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and reconciliations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
