Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with strict attention to deadlines
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Coordinate with auditors during overnight compliance checks
- Maintain digital financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Overnight payroll processing and tax filing support
- Implement internal controls for financial data security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) or actively pursuing
- Overnight shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
