Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare tax documents and regulatory filings
- Analyze financial data using advanced Excel and accounting software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during AP/AR cycles
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Lead audit preparation and documentation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thu)
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
