- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing during night shift operations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Lead audit preparation and documentation for external reviews
- Optimize accounting workflows using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience managing month-end/quarter-end close processes
