Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Process and record journal entries for after-hours transactions
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor accounts receivable/payables during night operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with night shift or flexible schedules
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
