Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and transaction analysis
- Prepare and review financial statements for operational accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with night shift deadlines
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with international teams for time-sensitive reporting
- Maintain GAAP compliance in all financial activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
