Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with night-specific deadlines
- Generate daily financial reports and variance analyses for leadership review
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash position tracking
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-border financial transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus
