Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and process transactions nightly
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records daily
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Handle payroll processing and tax documentation
- Support budget analysis and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience in night shift preferred
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
